When will items be restocked?

My shop updates occur on Fridays at 1PM mountain time.  Items that are being released that week (if any) will be on the front page marked as "coming soon".

This item is marked as "sold out".  Will it be restocked?

It depends.  I generally leave items in place that I plan to restock but sometimes they ultimately get retired.  I recommend following me on Instagram, Facebook, Blue Sky or Twitter for all the latest product updates.

What material are your sculptures made of?

Most of the figures seen in my shop are made of cast polyurethane resin. Please read the item description for full details about materials used on a particular piece.

Do you make custom sculptures?

Yes!  I accept requests for custom painted versions of my existing figures or can create a totally custom piece built to your specifications.  See my commissions page for more information.

Where are you located?  

My studio is based out of Fort Collins, Colorado.

What is the shop return/exchange policy?  

Products that arrive damaged can be exchanged for the same item only. Incorrect orders may be exchanged for the correct item(s). No other returns or exchanges are made.

Do you accept orders placed from outside the US?

Yes!  So long as DHL delivers to your country, I can accept orders worldwide.  Taxes, duties, and fees are paid at checkout so there won't be any surprises on delivery. 

Why is shipping so expensive?

I sadly have no control over the postage rates set in place by the USPS. I charge the exact cost of shipping plus a small packing charge to cover the cost of my boxes, packing papers, labels, and tape.

Do you offer wholesale orders/discounts?

No.  I am a one man show and produce all my products out of my home studio.  Aside from my stickers and pins, every item is handmade by me.  I have no desire to produce my work on a mass scale and cannot offer bulk orders or discounts.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Ready-to-ship items are normally mailed within 3 business days of the order being placed. If I am out of town, there may be a day or two extra.  I do not ship on weekends or US holidays. Upon shipping, US orders normally arrive within 2 to 5 business days. International shipping delivery times can vary between 2 and 6 weeks depending on your country's customs offices. 

Please be aware, once the package has been taken from me by the USPS, I have no control over its whereabouts. What you see on the tracking information is the same as what I see.  I cannot provide you with any further details about the item's location during transit.
